Terms

Last updated 28 August 2026 · Opus Digital, Kigali, Rwanda

These are the terms for using Qonta Home. Using the service — by messaging our WhatsApp number — means you accept them.

Qonta Home is a record-keeping service for personal and family money. It is not a bank, not a wallet and not a lender. It never holds, moves or takes your money. It writes down money you have already moved yourself, and everything it shows you is built from what you told it.

What the service does

You send a message about money that moved. We read it, write it down, sort it into a category, and keep the total. You can ask what the month cost, what is left of a budget, when a bill is due and who owes what. There is a web view of the same records, opened by a one-time link sent into the chat.

What it is not

Your side

Our side

What it costs

Plans are priced per account, not per person, and every plan has the same features. Payment is by Mobile Money, one month at a time: you approve the prompt yourself each time and nothing is ever taken automatically. You can change plan or stop after any month. Prices are on the pricing section and we will tell you in the chat before any price changes.

Stopping

Stop whenever you like — there is no contract and no notice period. Your records stay readable until you ask us to delete them, and you can ask at any time: Delete your data.

Availability

We work to keep the service up and we do not promise it never goes down. It depends on WhatsApp, on a hosting provider and on a network, none of which we control. Keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere other than one app — which is true of every app, including this one.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent Rwandan law allows, Opus Digital is not liable for a decision you made because of a number this product showed you, for money lost or spent, or for records lost through a failure outside our control. Nothing here limits liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, and the courts of Kigali have jurisdiction over any dispute under them.
